CareWorks assistance to Customers
We invite all customers (present and past) to email us with any queries regarding the Corona Virus (corona@careworks.co.za)
and we will do our best to assist you. We will respond via email, or if needed, one of our advisors will call you directly.
This is a free service. Please bear with us if we do not respond immediately as resources are currently limited.
In the event of an emergency, please feel free to phone us on 021 673 5300 and ask for the Corona Response Team. Be safe!
If you are concerned that you may have contracted the Coronavirus, complete this self test or call the national hotline 0800 029 999 or 0800 111 132.
