CareWorks offers a comprehensive Treatment Programme for a range of conditions including Diabetes, HIV, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Disease.

Our contact centre (in all South African languages) is central to the Treatment Programme where skilled tele-counsellors, nurses and case managers keep in regular contact with employees and beneficiaries to provide psychosocial support, education and service reminders.

To close the gap on retaining clients in care and ensuring ongoing prevention, HIV testing and adherence, CareWorks provides an evidence- and technology-based care coordination and courier delivery solution that focuses on delivering ART, PrEP medication and HIV self-screening (HIVSS) kits directly to clients. The CareWorks contact centre is the core of the coordination of care and services, which makes up our virtual clinic ePharmacy model.

Our Treatment Programmes coordinate all related doctor visits, blood tests, radiology as well as the delivery of medication to the employee / beneficiary’s chosen address.
