WE OFFER

ESP is an early intervention strategy for Group
Life Assurers offered to their Employer clients
as a value-added service. It identifies employees
at high risk of becoming Disability claimants
who could benefit from a limited-period care
coordination programme. This is a team effort
over approx. 3 months between CareWorks, the
employee, their treating team, the Assurer's case
management team and the employer's HR and
line management personnel. The objective is to
assist these employees in resolving health issues
that have contributed to chronic absenteeism
and illness, and ultimately, to ensure their long term return to work.
